Process:

  1. Enter Thailand with a Tourist Visa or Visa on Arrival.

  2. Apply for the visa within Thailand (initial 90 days, 1-year extensions).

  • Child's Birth Certificate (original & copy)/Adoption Papers (original & copy, Thai translation if needed)

  • Child's House Registration (Tabian Baan)

  • School Enrolment Confirmation Letter

  • Photos: Father & Child at School, School Name, School Grounds (3)

  • (If Applicable) Mother's House Registration, Marriage Certificate, Wife's ID/Tabian Baan

  • Home Photos (Interior & Exterior): Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Area (proof of residence)

  • Proof of Address: Ownership Documents (Chanot) or Rental Agreement (with landlord's documents)
