Thai Non-Immigrant O Visa: Dependent Eligibility

Spouses and minor children (under 20 years old) of foreign workers with valid work visas in Thailand are eligible for the Non-Immigrant O Visa. This visa allows them to reside in Thailand and accompany the working spouse/parent.
