Single/Multiple Re-entry Permit

Understanding Re-Entry Permits:

  • Allow visa holders to temporarily leave and return to Thailand.

  • Single Re-Entry: Valid for one trip, expiring with your visa extension.

  • Multiple Re-Entry: Valid for multiple trips until your visa extension expires.

Important Notes:

  • Re-entry permits require a valid visa. (Not available for 30-day exemptions or visas on arrival)

  • Upon re-entry, use the re-entry permit number on the Arrival/Departure card.

TM 30 (Notification of Residence):

  • Informs Immigration of your residence in Thailand.

  • Required for most foreigners living in rented accommodations.

  • Landlords typically file TM 30, but tenants can submit it on their behalf.

  • Proof of submission (stamped receipt) is needed for 90-day reporting and extensions.

90-Day Thai Immigration Reporting: Streamlined Service

Comply with Thai regulations: Foreigners with Non-Immigrant Visas exceeding 90 days require an address update at Immigration. Avoid fines with our same-day reporting service (Bangkok residents only). We handle document pick-up and drop-off for your convenience.

Important Notes:

  • This service is for reporting, not visa extension.

  • Re-entering Thailand restarts your 90-day reporting cycle.
